OUR TEAM

The S.O.P Program  has taken the decision making responsibility from the security officers and put it in the hands of our Field Commanders. Our Field Commanders are experienced former law enforcement officers and Detectives with years of experience in all facets of Law enforcement positions and detection. Our Field Commanders are responsible for the training, supervision and on-going support of our uniformed security officers specialist . Armed and Unarmed, Plain Clothes and Private Detective.

Our Armed Officers are trained in all facets of weapon control and carry  visible and concealed weapons.

The Field Commanders routinely visit every site to inspect the security officer’s appearance and review his or her post instructions. While at your site, our Field Commander will check-in with your management staff. Giving hands on support to our uniformed security officers, it provides credibility not only to the guards but also to site management and staff. The real bonus to our valued clients is that our unique program is provided at no additional cost. The S.O.P. Program works across all Industries.

 Security On Point Code of  conduct requirements:

• Being on time is critical 
• Wear your uniform with pride, make sure it’s a perfect fit
• Professionalism is very important and representing yourself and your team.
• Make sure you are well groomed, Shoes Shined and presentable at all times
• Have a good attitude, make eye contact
• Cell Phone usage is not permitted while on Post Duty.
• Know your team, know the customer, and know who to contact
• Insubordination or lack of respect will not be tolerated at any time
• No Fraternizing
